2026 USA Allstar Team: The Road to Barcelona

Are you a dedicated athlete ready to take your game to the next level? The USA Allstar Team is seeking elite talent to represent the United States on the global stage. This is your chance to showcase your skills, receive world-class instruction, and compete in the heart of international water polo: Barcelona, Spain.

Step 1: The Evaluation (3P Testing)

To be considered for the 2026 roster, all athletes must first complete the 3P Testing Protocol. This standardized evaluation provides the "Measurable Fundamentals" (Speed, Power, Accuracy, and Movement) that our coaching staff and college scouts use to identify top-tier talent.

Testing Date: April 24, 2026

• NorCal: Tamalpais High School | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• SoCal: TBD | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The Selection Process

1. Perform: Attend the April 24th testing and showcase your skills.

2. Analyze: Teams are selected based on 3P metrics and game-situation evaluations.

3. Announce: Rosters will be released shortly after testing.

4. Prepare: Virtual team meetings and regional practice schedules will be coordinated to supplement, not conflict with, your club season calendar.

WPE USA Allstar Teams

We are currently forming elite rosters for:

• 18U Boys USA Allstars

• 16U Boys USA Allstars

• Roster Size: 12 Field Players + 2 Goalies (Secondary teams may be added based on interest).

The Destination: Barcelona, Spain

Trip Dates: June 15 – June 21, 2026

• Intensive Training: Two sessions per day focusing on European tactical styles.

• Masterclass Coaching: Train daily under Albert Español - two-time Olympian and Spanish First Division coach.

• The WPE Cup: Compete against top European professional club youth teams in an elite international tournament.

• Cultural Immersion: Team bonding and sightseeing in one of the world’s most iconic cities.
